A meat restaurant that places a special emphasis on locally sourced Vologda products – meat, cheeses, and vegetables.

The construction of the restaurant was once halted due to unique archaeological discoveries. An inn, believed to be from the 15th century, was found on the site, along with coins, smoking pipes, and household items.

Now, about the concept... The restaurant is an extension of a large-scale farm specializing in raising cattle, pigs, and rabbits, as well as producing a wide range of meat products and ready-to-eat items. The restaurant focuses primarily on locally produced ingredients. A Vologda cheese factory is a partner, producing both soft and aged cheeses. "Vologodskaya Zeleni" is the key supplier of greens and vegetables. For example, Vologda arugula is no less delicious than imported varieties. We control the entire production process of the products that are delivered to the restaurant. The production and processing technologies necessary for the restaurant have been implemented in all of our supplier companies. Our mission is to surprise with simplicity. By having the ability to influence the quality of the ingredients we use, we offer our guests the opportunity to experience familiar products in a completely new way.
