The fine dining restaurant of the Hilton Munich Airport hotel, located at the airport, is quite a visual statement with its semi-circular layout and chic modern design. Diners are seated at generously spaced tables elegantly set with quality tableware to enjoy the modern, seasonally inspired cuisine of Marcel Tauschek and his team and friendly, attentive and professional service. Dishes such as "rabbit, asparagus, wild garlic" or "beef, broccoli, onion" stand out for their wonderful textures and expression, deftly balancing contrasting flavours into a harmonious whole. While remaining anchored in classical foundations, the cooking displays plenty of original ideas – the magnificent sauces are a case in point! The ingredients are of exquisite quality. Optional wine pairings by the glass are available to accompany the four, five or six courses. A vegetarian set menu is likewise possible if requested when booking.
