Moon

About

A stylish, upscale restaurant serving modern Asian cuisine, led by a chef and team from the Istanbul-based Zuma.

Featuring cuisines from Southeast Asia and a guest chef from Istanbul's Zuma, the restaurant boasts a vast space of 650 square meters with 200 seats, and 10 private rooms for exclusive events. Ilya Binyaminov (Levantine Group), Future Group, and Alexander Sorkin have jointly launched the Moon restaurant.

The focus is on Asian cuisine. The menu emphasizes Japanese and Chinese flavors, with touches of Korean and Thai cuisine. The location for the new restaurant is ideal: the second floor of the Lotte Plaza business center. On the 7th floor of the same building, the Levantine restaurant has been operating for 4 years. The Turkish design firm Studiocod is responsible for the design and architecture of the impressive space, featuring a complex palette of gray tones, natural stone, and wood, along with accents of brass and bronze, and large panoramic windows. In the evenings, Moon transforms into a lounge.

A key feature of Moon is its 10 private rooms, each accommodating between 10 and 20 guests. One of the rooms features a teppanyaki grill, and several offer modern karaoke facilities. The project creators believe that the city has an unmet demand for smaller spaces suitable for parties, celebrations, and business meetings.

The culinary team is exceptionally strong. The project's brand ambassador is the chef from Zuma Istanbul, supported by Chef Sergei Ligay, who oversees the Chinese cuisine, and sous chefs from Roka and Hakkasan.
