On the first floor of the lavish and historic Dior boutique, founded here on Avenue Montaigne by the fabled couturier in 1946, the bright and elegant dining room is instantly captivating, right down to the Dior tableware. Yannick Alléno has crafted a menu of refined dishes inspired by the vocabulary of haute couture: "New Look" sea bass, The Christian Dior egg with Paris ham and caviar, poached sole with beurre blanc and shellfish, and "hand-stitched poularde with black truffle macaroni". A dining experience that is as exclusive as the venue.
