Mitzva Bar

Mitzva Bar is a bar with a Jewish theme, focusing on cocktails and cocktail culture. The team of bartenders prepares approximately two hundred different drinks, including classic recipes, and also creates custom cocktails tailored to individual customer preferences without relying on a menu. Some offerings feature typical Israeli flavors, such as the "Holy Land" cocktail, which combines vodka, mango amba sauce, and truffle cream balsamic vinegar. The bar has its own laboratory where essences are created, cocktails are decolorized, wine is aged, and proprietary liqueurs are produced. There is no beer on offer; instead, a small selection of wines and spirits is available.

The bar's interior consists of two rooms. One room is decorated in a Kabbalistic style and features a high-seated bar area. The second room is adorned with a stained-glass depiction of the radiant delta – an eye within a triangle – in Masonic style, and offers low tables for dining.

The bar also features a short Israeli menu created by the chef, including hummus, shakshuka, and meze.
