A new culinary destination in the city of Gelendzhik, located on Tolsty Cape, is the restaurant "Mayak-Rassvet" (Beacon-Sunrise).
"Mayak-Rassvet" combines the best of Moscow's gastronomy and St. Petersburg's bar scene: the brand chef is Konstantin Matveev (formerly of Blanc cafe and MǾS), and the head bartender is Ivan Zuban (formerly of "Okhta-Park" and F11). The menu features the finest traditions of Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on seafood from various regions of our country: scallops from Vladivostok, Black Sea rapan shells, oysters, and sea urchins from the Barents Sea. There are also trendy cocktails and creative twists on classic drinks.
Let's move away from the culinary aspect for a moment. "Mayak" is a place with panoramic views of stunning sunsets and the Black Sea, featuring its own pool and bar, as well as a "campfire" area.
