Located in the heart of the seaside resort, this restaurant with a sleek modern frontage had the inspired idea of leaving part of the façade glazed, so as to allow passers-by to see the chefs at work from the street. Chef Maximin Hellio turns out refined, creative cuisine in a tribute to Normandy's terroir. Seafood and locally grown ingredients feature prominently in the à la carte dishes and set menus. Excellent wine list, charming service.
