About

A large, modern Georgian restaurant in the city, featuring its own bakery and cheese factory, as well as an extensive selection of indigenous Georgian wines and innovative gastronomic cocktails.

"Mamuka," located in the historical center of Yaroslavl, is known for its hospitality and unique atmosphere. The restaurant has its own cheese factory, producing 11 types of cheese from locally sourced milk. Bread is baked in a "tone" oven, and khachapuri (Georgian cheese bread) is baked in a wood-fired oven. Two open kitchens allow guests to observe the cooking process. Despite its traditional roots, the restaurant keeps up with the times: once a month, "Mamuka" hosts culinary evenings with guest chefs. While you won't find mountain air here, the restaurant has created a magical atmosphere: the interior is unique, and every detail is important – the tableware, pitchers, and decorations are all handmade, and the decor is stunning for anyone visiting for the first time. The restaurant also caters to its youngest guests. There is a separate playroom, Sunday workshops, a children's menu, and a room for mothers and babies who are too young to try khachapuri. Since its opening 11 months ago, the restaurant has been visited by nearly 200,000 people.

The concept was created by Pavel Kashnikov and Alexei Novikov.
