The menu features dishes with a unique twist: shrimp with roasted grapes and pistachio sauce, beef tartare, salmon tartare, and lamb shank with bulgur. For Italian cuisine enthusiasts, there's homemade pasta and pizza with a crispy crust. The Georgian selection includes khinkali with thin dough and juicy fillings, several types of khachapuri, and eggplant rolls with nuts. For dessert, we recommend the delicate San Sebastian cheesecake with blueberry jam, or the "antidepressant" made with matsoni (a type of yogurt), pistachio paste, and fresh raspberries. The wine list features popular choices alongside premium wines, and even some exclusive bottles. The cocktail menu is updated seasonally, with classic cocktails available upon request, as well as homemade lemonades with vibrant flavors like cherry-basil and sorrel-raspberry. Breakfast is served daily from 10 am to 1 pm. The breakfast menu includes cereals with fruit, pancakes with fresh berries, syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes) with Italian meringue and cherries, or a classic version with sour cream. There's also a wide selection of egg dishes: fried eggs, omelets, a hearty country breakfast, or eggs Benedict with salmon. The interior design of MA was created by Slava Valoven and Nikolai Kozlov. The result is stylish and cozy. The first room, with its panoramic windows, open kitchen, and long bar, is decorated in calming colors with touches of greenery. The second room, with its comfortable sofas in bright colors, has a more intimate and homey atmosphere. A striking feature of the interior is the designer butterfly-shaped lamps, created specifically for MA by sculptor Denis Prasolov, and the mirrors in decorative frames. For smaller gatherings, the living room is perfect and can easily be transformed into a separate banquet hall. There's also a separate menu and a children's room for younger guests. The restaurant MA is equipped with convenient access and specially designed restrooms for guests with strollers.
