Excellent ingredient quality, beautifully highlighted flavours and depth of taste go hand in hand. The front-of-house team led by maître d' Oliver Kraft and head sommelier Hans-Martin Konrad – two consummate professionals – is simply outstanding. Charming, eloquent and attentive, they guide guests through the evening with the utmost professionalism. In addition to a five- or six-course set menu, Signatures are also available – à la carte or as a set menu. The superb international wine list features over 1,600 labels.
