Immersed in the wine-growing landscape of Prosecco, among orderly hills and rows of vines that define the territory, Condo is a historical family-run trattoria, the custodian across several generations of the Venetian gastronomic tradition. The interiors, warm and full of character, speak of the simple charm of the old country table; in summer, a pleasant veranda enveloped in climbing plants offers outdoor dining of genuine and unhurried character, perfectly suited to savouring the tranquillity of the surroundings. The cooking faithfully follows the rhythms of the territory, with dishes that are intense and substantial, in which meat occupies a central role: the roast goose leg is excellent, rich and succulent; the rabbit in the pan is traditional and reassuring, while the braised pork cheek wins one over through its tenderness and depth of flavour. Completing the offering, a selection of produce – mushrooms, radicchio and other regional excellences – that enters the menu in keeping with the natural course of the seasons.
