With seasonal ingredients – many sourced from the estate itself – the cuisine of Mattias Roock and Leopold Ott offers a successful blend of local inspirations and Mediterranean touches, while fundamentally remaining rooted in the classics, whether you opt for à la carte or one of the two tempting tasting menus. The inspectors’ notes also emphasize the peacefulness of the setting (it is particularly enjoyable to sit out on the lovely terrace, when the weather allows) and the extensive wine selection curated by sommelier Sergio Bassi.
