This philosophy has helped us create our own distinctive, free-spirited approach to the restaurant concept and cuisine, while still adhering to the standards of world-class gastronomy. The Lesnoy Village restaurant is designed in the style of a mountain chalet. It is surrounded by an ancient forest, preserved from prehistoric times and still retaining its original appearance. The location was chosen deliberately. The tranquil silence and the scent of pine trees create a unique atmosphere. We have brought the warmth of the campfire into the restaurant, as a symbol of the family hearth, around which guests gather. For us, this represents a symbol of connection and the beginning of family traditions. The natural colors, textures, and hand-carved reliefs by an Altai sculptor immerse guests in the atmosphere of the forest. The restaurant's menu offers a modern and vibrant take on comfort food. Wild-harvested ingredients, artisanal bread, sorbets, and infusions made from Siberian berries and herbs, as well as desserts and cocktails based on fir extract and honey, will delight even the most discerning guests. This is the power of Altai, its gastronomy, and the energy of our region. Once, we believed in a dream, we weighed everything, and we took a risk, creating a place that has become beloved by local residents and visitors to our region.
