"Forest and Rabbit" is a countryside restaurant inspired by nature.

Located in the Volga-Akhtuba floodplain, the restaurant offers the opportunity to swim under the shade of majestic oak trees and enjoy a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. It features panoramic windows, a children's play area, and two terraces. The restaurant's cuisine is a blend of "forest-inspired" Russian dishes, local Volgograd specialties, and homemade delicacies. Highlights of the menu include a salad with crispy eggplant schnitzel, a cream of five herbs, and a pomegranate and raspberry dressing; plums with Caucasian stracciatella and dried plums; and a Volga-style pike cutlet with smoked sour cream and pike roe.
