There is something for everyone in this modern bistro. Chef Clément draws his inspiration from top-notch ingredients, which he enhances with savvily devised sides. He enjoys playing with fruity notes, like a quince seasoning that adds a kick to wild boar or the subtle smoky flavours of his wood-fired Josper oven. He has a knack for balancing his recipes with delicious sauces in a bid to create harmonious dishes packed in character and generosity. A word of advice, ask for a table in the second room if you would prefer more intimacy.
