Le Monzù

Situated within the iconic Punta Tragara hotel, a building designed by Le Corbusier and overlooking one of the island’s most spectacular panoramas – between Marina Piccola and the clifftop headlands – the restaurant enjoys a view of rare magnificence that permeates the gastronomic experience itself. In the kitchen, the current chef constructs a proposal structured across several tasting menus, among which Le Origini stands out: a collection of the house’s most representative creations, including the “Bottone al cremoso affumicato, essenza di crostacei e gambero rosso”, a successful synthesis of technical elegance and gustatory depth, with a texture of remarkable precision.
