In the heart of this wine-growing village, the Keller family run this cosily rustic, centuries-old establishment, where warm hospitality meets fresh, seasonally inspired cuisine. Select ingredients are used throughout, often sourced from the region, although international accents also appear on the menu. The cooking is executed with great care and impresses with both craftsmanship and flavour, for example in the terrine made with premium fish and served warm with trout caviar, saffron sour cream and a flower salad, or pan-fried corn-fed chicken breast with ratatouille and wild garlic risotto.
