About
Established in the former Eaux-Vives railway station, this venue is much more than a restaurant – it’s an experience! Chef Andrés Arocena deploys his talent to enhance daring recipes, like socarrat of Mieral pigeon, jazzed up with hoisin-laced aioli sauce, or Motril quisquillas paired with blue caviar and a delicate tomato water. This banquet is served in a warm, vibrant, welcoming vibe that is enthusiastically orchestrated by Camille Grange. La Micheline refers to the first train from Annemasse to Eaux-Vives – equipped with Michelin tyres. A culinary adventure that is well worth the detour.
