Perched on the banks of the River Jonte, in the exceptional setting of the Gorges du Tarn, L'Alicanta has been on our radar for a while. The chef demonstrates a sure hand, turning out meticulously composed dishes that showcase bold, well-defined flavours: black pudding and apple tarte fine, pike-perch fillet roasted skin-on, pavlova with caramelised pears… Everything is house-made and the menu changes with the seasons. You can also expect a warm welcome!
