Kukhterin

The restaurant "Kuchterin" is named after a famous family of Siberian merchants and industrialists. It opened in 2016 and became the first restaurant in Tomsk to offer avant-garde Siberian cuisine. The concept is based on modern gastronomic principles and techniques, with a focus on local products, seasonality, and respect for traditional merchant customs.

We welcome bold ideas and experimentation, and in each dish, we strive to reveal the richness and uniqueness of the vast Siberian nature and to show how it can harmoniously combine with culinary traditions from all corners of the world. This is complemented by natural wines and sake, which the restaurant's chef, Stanislav Timofeev, personally selects for the menu.
