Authentic Karelia and beyond! We've combined and brought to life everything that was missing in the region: a Texas-style smoker, a wood-fired oven, a cheese-making facility, and a wine bar with over 155 different wines.

This flagship project of EVCGROUP, led by Vladimir Efimov, is inspired by nature and the gifts of the Karelian region. The combination of various elements impresses tourists and surprises local residents. From the initial concept to achieving a 40% profitability rate, it took less than a year, all while operating on an island accessible only by a pontoon bridge, with limited road access, and only 50 seats.
