"Kotletka" is a fresh take on roadside cafes, designed to meet the needs of modern drivers and their passengers. It's a place where guests feel at home, even when they're far away.

"Kotletka" is more than just a cafe on the highway. It's a place where we offer our guests the atmosphere of homey warmth that is often lacking on the road. We provide a healthy alternative to the fast food that dominates highways. You won't find hot dogs or burgers here. And we don't have a massive factory pretending to be a "home kitchen." Instead, every day we cook delicious borscht, make dumplings, bake pies, and, of course, prepare "kotletki" (meat patties) with mashed potatoes according to Natasha's mother's recipe. We are proud that we prepare everything ourselves, right on the spot, and always using fresh ingredients. The "Kotletka" logo was created by the Artemy Lebedev studio. And the "Skolkovo" business school believed in the project and provided its founders with a grant for training, where bright minds analyze this project in detail, module by module. Our mission is to make travel more enjoyable by taking care of each guest. That's why we paved a large, convenient parking lot, opened a mother and child room for our youngest guests, and installed a warm shower for truck drivers. Everything is designed to ensure that our guests can relax in comfort. "Kotletka" is a meeting place for the most diverse people from all over. And we greatly value these differences, bringing everyone together with delicious, home-style food.
