The "Chaos" restaurant, housed in a historic 18th-century building on Pokrovka Street in Moscow, is a unique establishment. Its interior blends red velvet curtains and paintings by Russian artists with a bold, unconventional culinary approach, reflecting the restaurant's concept of creating harmony through the fusion of different styles. The project belongs to restaurateur Denis Nerezin.

The restaurant's cuisine combines street food elements with авторские (authorial) dishes, utilizing seasonal ingredients and experimenting with textures and presentation. You might find a filet mignon alongside tacos, a Baltic sprat pâté served with donuts, grilled squid with a smoky flavor, or an авторская (authorial) interpretation of the classic "Caesar" salad. Half of the menu is updated annually, while certain items, which are announced personally by the waitstaff, change weekly.

The bar offers авторские (authorial) cocktails featuring smoke, foam, house-made infusions, and liqueurs. The building includes several rooms and a second floor, allowing it to accommodate both intimate dinners and events for hundreds of guests.
