Set in a lovingly restored castle brewery, this restaurant serves freshly prepared, flavoursome dishes in an attractive space featuring exposed brickwork, vaulted ceilings and modern interior design. Friendly service. The cuisine has a regional dimension but also incorporates international influences, and stands out for its depth, flavour and confident execution.
