About
This gastronomic bar features a kitchen that focuses on products prepared in its own smokehouse. Smoked ingredients are incorporated into almost all dishes, including sauces and desserts.
The concept was created by Nikita Ignatiev and Konstantin Tuiikov.
The most important element of our bar is the smokehouse. We use it to prepare brisket, BBQ ribs, tartare, ceviche, and even desserts. Vasily Chervenko is in charge of the kitchen. Nikita Ignatiev and Konstantin Tuiikov, the co-owners, manage the bar. The menu includes excellent wines, gourmet craft beers, interesting cocktails, and homemade liqueurs. We offer tasting events, BBQ parties, and always play good music.
