About
When you walk through the door, it's like stepping into a world suspended between philosophy and taste. This restaurant, the first in Italy to have introduced vegetarian and natural dishes to fine dining, conveys a message in every single detail: respect, awareness and harmony. Today, under the leadership of young chefs Sauro Ricci and Raffaele Minghini, Pietro Leemann's legacy translates into dishes that resemble works of art, evocative even in their names: Col favore della luna (With the favour of the moon), Ombelico del mondo (Navel of the world), La rosa che non colsi (The rose I did not pick). Creations that speak through vibrant colours, delicate textures and aromas that caress the senses, in a journey that is both real and dreamlike. Two tasting menus define the experience, while, at lunchtime, the Piatto Quadro offers five taster dishes for a quick but refined break. The restaurant's simple, understated and bright design completes a journey that nourishes both body and soul.
