An elegant, contemporary restaurant that has over time become a point of reference in Italy for enthusiasts of Japanese cuisine. Guests are welcomed into modern, bright and relaxing spaces, ideal for showcasing a broad and stimulating gastronomic offering. At lunch, there is also a more streamlined à la carte selection, while the experience may begin, according to preference, with two tasting menus: one devoted to the most recent creations, the other to the restaurant’s iconic dishes, such as wagyu gyoza with vegetable and soy emulsion. Sushi and sashimi follow in numerous interpretations, alongside light tempura and specialities prepared on the robatayaki, the traditional Japanese barbecue, together with many other offerings. The style has by now become a recognisable signature: a personal fusion of Japanese, Oriental and European elements, reinterpreted in a contemporary key and built around quality ingredients.
