Now established as a reference point in Porto Cervo, this restaurant occupies an elevated position overlooking the marina. Mirrors, golden accents, and glass details complement the open kitchen, where Italo Bassi leads his team. Technique and refined presentation stand out, whether in fish dishes (such as the textbook-perfect sole with mint-marinated zucchini and an exquisite beurre blanc foam recalling the classic à la meunière) or in meat preparations. Guests enjoy absolute freedom of choice: two tasting menus are available – one featuring the restaurant’s classics, the other with new creations, offered in various lengths – or they may order à la carte, which also includes luxury ingredients served in pure form, such as oysters, caviar, and raw seafood. On the lower floor, the Bubble Bar & Bistrot offers aperitifs and more informal dishes.
