Here one dines surrounded by large windows looking out over the city’s most emblematic monuments, from the twin bell towers of Trinità dei Monti to views stretching along the horizon, a constant invitation to rediscover the urban icons. In the kitchen, the brigade led by Andrea Antonini offers two tasting menus that alternate between great classics and more recent creations: a sequence of small, refined, and visually striking dishes that reinterpret local traditions and ingredients, guiding diners towards unexpected pairings and contemporary interpretations full of playfulness and creativity.
