About

Having moved behind its old premises during 2025 (now home to TuMa, a modern osteria run by the same team), chef Tony Lo Coco’s new restaurant now occupies the lower part of the Villa Palagonia, a large historic 18C palazzo once visited and described by the poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. The cuisine continues to focus on Sicilian recipes and ingredients (meat and fish alike), which are personalised and imaginative, showcased on four tasting menus and an extensive à la carte. Various elegant dining rooms, a chef’s table for four guests who can observe the chef working close at hand, a well-stocked wine cellar on the first floor (home to around 1 300 labels), and a mezzanine space for more intimate dining all add to the appeal.
