HYPE Pasta&Lounge offers a modern and classic Italian cuisine with a creative touch. Homemade pasta made with egg yolks and durum wheat flour, generous ravioli, and crispy pizza are the staples of the menu, which is complemented by a dedicated breakfast menu available all day, as well as a main menu featuring appetizers, soups, and main courses. The HYPE team approaches the recipes with care and attention to detail. This is why the carbonara is made with four egg yolks, and the pizza is a historically rich Roman-style creation. At the same time, the restaurant embraces experimentation, blending flavors and incorporating elements of Russian cuisine into the Italian framework, such as pasta with ragu and juniper pesto, or combining white mushrooms with traditional Slavic spices. The bar menu, presented on three pages, features popular and trendy drinks, and can be further enhanced with signature cocktails and homemade lemonades upon request. The dining room, with 32 seats, offers a comfortable and cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a living room in a beloved home, providing a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, with a view of the domes of the Theodorovsky Cathedral.
