A trendy Chinese restaurant with a cocktail bar and a kitchen based on authentic Chinese recipes, prepared with a unique twist by head chef Dmitry Shurshakov.
The concept was created by the Soluxe Club team. Moscow https://www.facebook.com/hongkongmsk "Restaurant & Chef" about the project: This new project comes from the owners of the high-end Chinese restaurant Soluxe Club, located on the 24th floor of the Holiday Inn hotel in Sokolniki. It features a Chinese menu with a modern adaptation, very affordable prices, a surprisingly stylish bar led by Vasily Zheglov, and the unexpected presence of Dmitry Shurshakov as the head chef. While the restaurant's primary clientele are tourists, including Chinese tourists, the authentic Chinese recipes, reinterpreted by Shurshakov in his signature playful style, are a culinary attraction in their own right. Must-try dishes include the juicy Peking duck (just 1500 rubles for four people), the delicious multi-layered spring roll with crab (480 rubles), and the shaved mango kakigori ice cream, prepared with a special Chinese machine (480 rubles). The average bill is 2000 rubles.
