To the north of San Teodoro, within the exclusive Baglioni Resort, the restaurant offers a Mediterranean-inspired cuisine that strikes a balance between more classical references and contemporary accents. On one side, dishes such as lobster salad with sweet-and-sour vegetables and yellow cherry tomato gazpacho, or a richly composed sauté of shellfish; on the other, more modern creations such as a dessert of rosehip jelly with raspberry, rhubarb, basil gel, and fior di latte ice cream. The offering is further complemented by a vegetarian tasting menu, designed to celebrate the seasonality and freshness of the ingredients.
