Grill Station

A grill restaurant located in a business center, featuring a multi-level grill, custom-designed in the United States, which is used to prepare almost all dishes on the menu, from steaks and burgers to salads and desserts.

The concept was created by Sofia Agababova, Anna Tsoi, and Anton Velikanov.

"RestoratorChef" about the project: The restaurant's name is not misleading: the centerpiece is the Inferno Grillworks grill, custom-made in the USA. It is likely the largest grill in St. Petersburg. The creators of the establishment proudly state that the "multi-level grill is equipped with grates with V-shaped channels that preserve the biological value and benefits of the ingredients, while also preventing the juices from dripping onto the hot coals, and lifting mechanisms allow for working with different temperatures." The structure, resembling a fiery infernal machine, is installed in an open kitchen, surrounded by carefully rusted metal sheets. Concrete pipes run along the perimeter of the bar area, giving the entire establishment a distinctly industrial, yet glamorous, style. Typically, a grill is almost synonymous with a meat-focused establishment, but here, things are quite different. The meat section is only slightly larger than the vegetable section. In addition to various complex sets of root vegetables and other vegetables, the grill is also used to prepare dishes like avocado with fresh salsa (290 rubles), iceberg lettuce with gorgonzola sauce (390 rubles), and fennel with a fresh orange sauce (310 rubles). Of course, a burger section is also present, but even here, chef Alexander Bezuglov has managed to deviate from the usual formula. Grill Station, for example, offers an Asian burger in a bao bun with kimchi (320 rubles), a burger with a truffle patty and an egg (450 rubles), a black crab burger (650 rubles), and a "Sherry" burger with a beef patty, bacon, and cherries (540 rubles).
