Excellent produce, often sourced from regional suppliers, is transformed into well-crafted combinations that showcase both technical skill and a clear culinary identity. The menu, which changes according to seasonal availability, features dishes such as "venison pâté, mushroom salad, grape-ginger jelly" and "Bavarian char, kohlrabi noodles, lemon butter and parsley purée". The charming, almost picture-postcard inn makes for a really cosy setting. In summer the attractive garden terrace is an added draw.
