About
This converted farmhouse in the Brevon Valley looks out onto the peaks of the Trois Becs and the mysterious Forêt Ivre with its leaning fir trees. Within its 200-year-old timber frame, the minimalist and refined decor combines premium materials, custom-made pale wood furnishings, contemporary lighting and local ceramic tableware. The spacious dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows is on the upper floor and affords views of the surrounding countryside and into the open kitchen. Guided by the "52 seasons", the poetic cuisine is deeply rooted in the land, showcasing wild plants, fruit, vegetables, lake fish, game and poultry with exceptional respect for local produce sourced within a 30km radius. Organic and biodynamic wine cellar. There are guestrooms should you wish to stay on.
