This Italian meat restaurant, from the "Kusto" team, draws inspiration from the gastronomy of Florence, arguably Italy's most important city for meat and wine. The menu features tartares and carpaccio made with aged beef, the iconic Florentine steak, a carefully curated wine list by Vyacheslav Uvarov with a focus on Tuscan wines, and a cocktail menu from Franky Bar, dedicated to prominent figures from Florence, from Catherine de Medici to Salvatore Ferragamo.
