An intimate spot, it comprises around seven tables and an open kitchen where you can watch Chef Ådne Børseth Helgetun working skilfully away. Known for his bold style, his dishes showcase local ingredients in Norwegian recipes that add global flavours and fiery kicks – as evidenced in dishes like smoked and salted reindeer heart in cream sauce with cranberries and a bonito flake infusion.
