Fab.33 is a rebellious bistro featuring a menu curated by head chef Pavel Filatov (of Sangre Fresca) and a wine list by Sasha Yufereva (of Real Authentic Wine).
Vintage roses "peeking" through the wall plaster, delicate shoes on a bright painting, sheep that resemble focaccia bread, and Brad Pitt from "Ocean's Eleven" – of course, holding a sandwich. The new Fab.33 on Tsvetnoy Boulevard is full of hidden details and Easter eggs.
