"Evgenich" is a vibrant and modern project – a reimagining of the Soviet-era "рюмочная" in the format of a "диско-квартирник" (a casual, informal gathering with music and entertainment). It's the first karaoke bar in Russia to offer unique homemade infusions, home-style cuisine, lively parties, and karaoke that doesn't annoy anyone. The creator of the concept, the "Evgenich" himself, is portrayed by Sergey Zhukov, the leader of the band "Ruki Vverh!" and a legend of Russian pop music. Inspired by a TV series, the "Evgenich" bar is a multi-functional establishment. During the day, it's a delicious and affordable bistro with a full kitchen, offering incredible chebureks (pastries), Olivier salad, manty (dumplings), fried dishes, a hangover-curing borscht, and even its own plov (rice dish), created according to a signature recipe by Sergey "Evgenich" Zhukov. In the evening, it transforms into a cozy bar with intimate live music performances. On weekends, "Evgenich" becomes a disco bar with karaoke and dancing until the early hours. The bar's own production of unique homemade infusions, using a "local-kitchen" technology, allows it to surprise even the most discerning guests.
