The fir tree is a symbol of new life, and now there's a new place on the culinary map of Altai. The name was chosen deliberately; this family restaurant, located within a park hotel, is nestled in a grove of majestic pine trees, not far from the picturesque banks of the Katun River.

Chef Andrey Moiseev is responsible for the restaurant's cuisine, creating dishes that blend Russian, Altai, and Siberian flavors, as well as offering unique interpretations of popular Asian dishes. The menu features local game, farm-raised beef and pork, poultry from private farms, local fish, mushrooms, berries, wild plants, homemade bread, ice cream, and desserts made with locally sourced ingredients. Among these, pine needles and cones hold a special place of honor.
