"Dvoika" is a cocktail shot bar with a rebellious spirit, combining the traditions of Russian hospitality, shots, appetizers, sophisticated mixology, gamification, and the authentic atmosphere of the underground.

Initially, "Dvoika" appeared within the Dry&Wet establishment as a shot bar called "The Deuce," and later expanded into an independent entity within Moscow's bar and culinary scene. Today, it's a cocktail shot bar where, instead of traditional infusions and liqueurs, they serve miniature, handcrafted cocktails that can be prepared in full size if desired. This is the work of twice-awarded "Best Bartender of Russia" according to Diageo Reserve World Class, Vitaly Ekimenko, and the Dry&Wet team, who have transformed shots into a mixological art form. They create signature drinks that represent a wide range of flavors, and the bartenders select them based on the guest's mood and preferences. The initial offerings include distillates like "Lingonberry," with notes of apricot and a hint of gentian root liqueur, "Elderberry," with hints of blackberry, "Cacao Beans and Roasted Coconut," "Lemongrass and Yuzu," and "Rosemary." In addition, they offer sparkling wines, cocktails, and soft drinks. The menu complements the drinks, subtly enhancing and highlighting their flavors without overpowering them. The food offerings include tartares with horseradish (both spicy and milder versions with chips), croquettes with braised beef, empanadas with stracciatella or braised beef, mini pancakes with sour cream and caviar, and three types of dumplings for those who prefer a heartier meal. The atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious. Friends gather, engage in conversations over shots, playfully tease each other, and dance to a carefully curated playlist of disco, funk, hip-hop, electronic music, house, and sometimes even vinyl. Guests chat with the bartenders as if they were old friends. There's also a playful element of excitement with a fun shot roulette and simple, enjoyable drinking games where guests can test their luck.
