In addition to the more familiar Scotch, Irish, and American whiskeys, our collection also includes exceptional spirits from Wales, France, Japan, Taiwan, and other corners of the globe. However, the whiskey collection itself is not the ultimate goal. Rather, it serves as a hub for fostering a culture of appreciation and expanding knowledge among enthusiasts of the drink. You can bring your own or find something to enjoy in our restaurant. The culinary concept aligns with this idea, with traditional Scottish and British dishes forming the foundation of the menu.
