The ever-friendly Chef Esteban Lluis celebrates the bounty of the region with a seasonal, multicourse tasting menu that regularly highlights pristine seafood in a creative, contemporary way. As beautiful as they look, dishes like grilled rockfish or seafood rice are equally compelling in taste. Looking to the land, local suckling pig served with mole, tortillas and fiery salsas was another recent stunner. In terms of beverage, wine pairings highlight excellent producers primarily from Mexico.
