Located in Nova Gorica, slightly off the beaten track and a few kilometres from the centre, the restaurant welcomes guests into an urban-chic setting. You will be captivated by the relaxed atmosphere, pleasant music and a modern, reassuring culinary experience. No special effects here, just a balanced and sensitive indulgence for the palate. Among the dishes we sampled, the seafood rice with the fragrant aroma of oysters was undoubtedly our favourite: intense yet delicate, the smell alone evoked the sea breeze. Chef Uroš Fakuč is a constant presence in the dining room, personally overseeing the service and describing the dishes, ensuring that every guest enjoys a thoroughly satisfying experience.
