DACHNIKI

"DACHNIKI" is a project located in the park near the Northern River Station, bringing together all the dreams of an ideal country house. This nostalgic concept, reinterpreted in a modern way, spans 600 square meters of greenery, offering something for everyone. Arseniy Vasilchuk is responsible for the opening of this space, and it's his first independent project. The menu, created by chef Alexander Prytkin, explores Russian cuisine and reinterprets familiar home-style recipes. The restaurant offers dishes such as meatballs with mushroom sauce, meatballs with elderflower, beef stroganoff, baked pike perch, chicken soup, homemade borscht with ribs, and a variety of appetizers, from tartare on brioche and chicken wings to forshmak, homemade pickles, and a selection of signature sandwiches. A special emphasis is placed on meat. Continuing the tradition of outdoor barbecues, DACHNIKI prepares its meats on charcoal. In addition, they offer kebabs, a variety of steaks, and even street food, from burgers made with marbled beef to hot dogs with shredded lamb and homemade plum BBQ sauce. For truly homemade and nostalgic desserts, pastry chef Fatima Saleh offers guests profiteroles, a date cake with apple ice cream, Basque cheesecake, carpaccio, a sour cream cake with chestnut honey and cherry confit, and syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes) with cherry jam and sour cream. The cocktail and bar menu at DACHNIKI is a kind of journey into the past, filled with the aromas of summer. The bar team uses local ingredients to reflect the uniqueness of the land. Particular attention has been paid to the naturalness of the ingredients, which not only emphasizes the connection with nature but also creates mixes that capture the purity and vibrancy of seasonal products. Thus, each cocktail is not just a drink, but a small story that fills the restaurant's atmosphere with the warmth and comfort that is so valued in a country house.
