In a pedestrian street of historic Annecy, this dinky restaurant is the lair of Sandra and Léo who compose a traditional score rich in nods to Savoie (‘cozna’ means kitchen): shoulder of pork, stuffed cabbage and a Thai emulsion followed by baked apple on short crust pastry with butterscotch and vanilla ice cream. Cheerful service and invariably packed to the rafters!
