French author Colette fell in love with Saint-Tropez and bought a small house next to Hotel Sezz, whose restaurant now bears her name. Seasoned chef Philippe Colinet deploys his confident technique to craft a stripped-back, plant- and sea-leaning score that showcases veggie and Provençal flavours. Served (evenings only) in a sleek dining room whose minimalist décor is in keeping with the hotel, or on the spacious patio overlooking the pool.
