Coffee Machine is an all-Russian network of drive-through coffee shops. Drivers pull up directly to the windows to pick up their orders without leaving their cars. They can then continue on their journey or stop at a well-equipped parking area, which the infrastructure around the drive-through coffee shop provides. All coffee shops in the network adhere to uniform standards and service culture, offering customers food that is convenient to take with them, and coffee prepared by baristas using professional coffee machines. They are all connected through a mobile application called "Coffee Machine." The first "Coffee Machine" opened in Vladivostok in 2011. Today, the network has nearly 80 coffee shops in 26 cities across Russia, and continues to grow, actively developing alternative formats, such as coffee kiosks in shopping and business centers.
