The "Code of the North" Chef's Table culinary project is the only restaurant in the region that operates exclusively in a Chef's Table format. Teriberka is becoming a magnet for gastronomic tourism, and this cultural and research project will serve as a center for preserving and developing this tradition: daytime and evening services, only 14 seats, and two seasonal gastronomic menus inspired by Pomor culture. The brand chef of the project, Artur Amosov, has been deeply studying the history of Teriberka, its northern peoples, and local products for several years. He undertakes expeditions to the tundra and archives, in order to create a menu that immerses guests in the local history and culture. The restaurant is not a new venture; it is the heart of the "Code of the North" hotel, located in the center of old Teriberka. The minimalist interior is defined by its location: the harsh and mysterious Russian North – a cloudy sky, a cold sea, an endless tundra, and surprisingly warm people. The inspiration for the creators was the character and culture of the Pomors, the indigenous people of this region. Each of the 12 premium rooms has a unique design, ornamentation, and character, and above the Chef's Table is a glass dome housing a sky bar, symbolically linked to the Pomor fishermen's nets. The first menu of the restaurant, "Origins," will transport guests to a fisherman's cottage from the 19th century and introduce them to his way of life, thoughts, traditions, techniques, and recipes. The authentic atmosphere features only those products and methods that were available to the ascetic lifestyle of the Pomor people. This is not a story about high-end culinary trends, but a deep immersion into the culture and values of our past: a unique experience that only this land can offer. To truly experience Teriberka, its nature, history, culture, customs, and flavors – that is the "Code of the North." This project, unlike any other, was essential to create.
